Ours comes from the beautiful Gruyère region in Switzerland Mature Le Gruyère AOP Mountain Cheese Réserve. The aroma is strong and harmonious without sharp spiciness.
Due to the above-average maturing time, small fine crystals have already formed in the cheese dough.
An excellent hard cheese for the preparation of the classic Swiss cheese fondue. And of course just as delicious as bread and cheese with wine and beer.
