this seasoned lard with herbs is made with pork fat, salted and left to dry for the right amount of time. Once its aging process is complete, this product is washed, cut and, right before being vacuum sealed, sprinkled with aromatic herbs, adding a pleasant, savoury touch to this delicacy.
Rectangular in shape, this product is defined by its white colour with the occasional red lean strip and a delicate, aromatic scent. Ideal with bruschettas and cold cuts.
